Stanyelle “Elle” Billie
Mental Health and Resiliency Advisor
“Elle” is a visionary senior leader with over two decades in the U.S. Navy, known for uplifting others and building strong, empowered teams. Her dedication to mentorship, mental wellness, and inclusive leadership reflects her commitment to helping others thrive. Now pursuing a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Elle brings strategic insight and a spirit of service to our board, embodying the Grow House mission through empathy, accountability, and a passion for community growth.
Rooted in her own transformative experiences and a legacy of service, she supports both prevention and healing. Elle ensures Grow House programs are trauma-informed, restorative, and wellness-focused. She will advise on strategies that help youth build resilience, manage stress, and access support when needed. By centering emotional well-being, her role safeguards the whole-child approach and staff sustainability alike.
Erin Naylor
Innovation & Technology Advisor
Ensign Erin Naylor serves as the Cyber Officer aboard a U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer, overseeing the operation, security, and readiness of the ship’s cyber domain. With over 11 years of service, she began her career as an enlisted Sailor, advancing through technical and leadership roles before commissioning as an officer. She is dedicated to operational excellence, team leadership, and mentoring junior Sailors, guiding them in professional growth, technical skills, and career development, reflecting her belief in the transformative power of mentorship.
Equally committed to youth, family, and community wellness, Ensign Naylor has built a long history of service beyond the Navy. Her volunteer journey began in high school as a member of the Lambda Delta Service Club and through involvement in basketball summer camps and clinics for students. She has continued this commitment with coaching initiatives for emerging leaders, socialization projects for children with special needs, and community development efforts through the Grow House organization.
Innovation isn’t just about technology, it’s about access, equity, and voice. Erin, our Innovation & Technology Advisor, champions AI literacy, digital inclusion, and tech-enabled youth programming to close the gap for digitally forgotten communities. By also overseeing our digital presence from website storytelling to social media campaigns this role ensures youth voices and impact stories are amplified across platforms, connecting families, and partners to the mission in real time.
